25. Schedule 1 — Practical service rules
- Before purchase, confirm the selected currency, pack size and final total at checkout.
- After buying a credit pack, sign in and confirm that the credit balance has increased before starting a generation request.
- Each ordinary generation request may debit the credit amount displayed by the service; the generate page currently states that one generation requires 1 credit.
- If credits do not appear, avoid repeated purchases and contact support with the order reference and account email.
- If a generated image appears defective or unavailable, keep the relevant generation/order information and contact support before initiating a payment dispute where practical.
- Do not sell, gift or exchange credits for money or off-platform value.
- When closing an account, use support and understand that unused non-refundable credits are extinguished at permanent closure.
These practical rules are explanatory and do not reduce any legal right or obligation stated elsewhere in these Terms. If a practical example conflicts with a mandatory legal rule, the mandatory rule prevails.
