17. Illustrative Examples of Unacceptable Use and User Good-Faith Expectations
- Example: a user buys credits with their own card and creates lawful marketing illustrations. This is ordinary permitted use.
- Example: a user creates multiple accounts solely to evade limits or obtain repeated promotional value. Art Bundle may consolidate, restrict or terminate the accounts and reverse improper benefits.
- Example: a user discovers a method to create generations without debiting credits and continues exploiting it. The excess benefit may be reversed and the account suspended or terminated.
- Example: a user receives the purchased credits, spends them, and then files a knowingly false “not received” chargeback. Art Bundle may provide fulfilment evidence and restrict the account, without limiting legitimate scheme rights.
- Example: a user reports a suspected security issue privately to support and does not exploit it. Art Bundle treats good-faith reporting differently from malicious interference.
- Good-faith users should protect credentials, use authorised payment methods, respect third-party rights, follow safety controls and contact support promptly when something appears wrong.
- Users must not use prompts, uploads, generated images, account names, profile information or communications to harass, defraud, impersonate, exploit or unlawfully profile another person. Content that appears to involve non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation of minors, credible threats, unlawful discrimination or facilitation of serious wrongdoing may be blocked and escalated in accordance with law.
- Security research must be conducted only with prior written authorisation from Art Bundle. Discovering a vulnerability does not authorise extraction of data, persistence, privilege escalation, disruption, repeated exploit testing against production systems, or public disclosure before Art Bundle has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate the issue. Users must also avoid social-engineering staff, support agents or other customers to obtain credentials, payment information, confidential records or elevated access. Such attempts are treated as serious abuse.
